This small box come with you choice of main course and side (serves 6 - 8), and a salad with homemade dressing.
We do our best to source locally pasture raised meat from local farms. Our ground beef is an 80/20 mix of beef and organ meat so it is packed with nutrients. Our soups use homemade bone broth from locally farmed animals. Our veggie selection changes seasonally to provide the freshest most nutrient dense produce. If possible our produce is from local farms or our own back yard!

Minestrone - Our most popular recipe. This hearty soup uses 80/20 beef/offal blend, home made bone broth, and is packed with veggies.
Pan-seared Chicken - Chicken marinated in home made dressings and cooked to perfection
Asian slow cooked pork - Pasture raised pork roast slow cooked with ginger, soy, and black vinegar. This tender and flavorful meat just falls apart. Pairs well with the cauliflower rice.
Meat loaf - This classic recipe is made with two pounds of 80/20 beef/offal mix. No bread crumbs here!
Beef Bourguignon - Time to get fancy! This decadent braised beef dish is a go to for any special occasion (even if that occasion is just a Thursday night). Grass fed/finished beef is braised in red wine with vegetable and flavorful aromatics. Itβs like beef stew for grown-ups.
